In these last scriptures we see that God's wrath is poured out, and God will punish those who do not know Him and those who do not obey the gospel. Before we continue, let us review the events briefly and put them all together on the visual display.
We have read that first is first and there is none before it and last is last and there is none after it. In John 6 we read that the resurrection will be on the Last Day. We also saw the same thing again stated in John 11.
    In John 12
and also in II Timothy 4, we read that judgement will take place on the Last Day (when Jesus returns). We also read that Jesus would bring his rewards with him to give to every man according to his works (at the resurrection of the just). And He will come in all his power and glory and with all his angels. Lastly, we read that God's wrath will be poured out and God will destroy or punish those who do not obey the gospel.
Now let's look at all this information again. ...We will illustrate the overall harmony of all these scriptures by placing them in another visual display, then we will go on to the most important step in this study.

We read in I Cor. 15:52 that the resurrection would take place at the last trump. Keeping in mind all the information we have covered up to now, let's go to the Last Trump and the scriptures relating to it to see if everything matches up, or if there is any conflict in the scriptures. Let's begin with...
Revelation Chapter 11, Verse...
15 .And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
16. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17. Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Did everything match up? Yes. But that is not all. Let us read on, making special note of the events taking place in the next verse.
Rev. 11:19
...And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
